Eric Ho is the Senior Director of the Automotive and Professional Lighting Group at Lextar. He has extensive experience in the automotive lighting industry and has held several roles at Lextar, including Senior Director and Head of the Automotive Lighting Business Unit, and Director of Product Planning and Program Management in the Automotive and Professional Lighting Business Unit. He was also the Program Director in the Strategic M&A and GM Office. Before joining Lextar, Eric was the ADAS Business Unit Head at Cub Electric, the Automotive Strategic Business Unit Head at Hon Hai Precision, and the Infotainment Business Unit Head at USI. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Universidad Católica de Murcia.

The development of automotive lighting continues to progress. Lextar, a subsidiary of Ennostar, specializes in optoelectronics packaging and module integration solutions. We explore the prospects of light sources for future mobility with a focus on smart LED with RGB+IC for ambient lighting and the i-mini-series for fine pitch taillights, in collaboration with AUO at CES 2025. We look forward to engaging with the audience in discussing the creation of even more stylish car designs.
