Speech Abstract
Quo vadis, automotive?
The automotive industry and all its players are currently going through the biggest transformation ever seen. With the shift from ICE to BEV vehicles as a trigger, change is literally everywhere. Products are being re-defined to become the Software defined vehicle. Value chains are changing, and new competitors are entering the scene. On top of that, geopolitics, the rising importance of ESG, as well as a lower growth outlook are adding to the challenging environment for OEMs and suppliers. Now is the time for strategy in order to understand implications and explore options on how to succeed and emerge even stronger as a company.
